At its 411th meeting, the Council of the Agency for Audiovisual Media Services (AMU) unanimously adopted the Financial Report and the Annual Report of the Agency for Audiovisual Media Services (AMU) for 2024. The Council concluded that the Agency responsibly and consistently implemented its work plan during 2024, and that the budget was spent in accordance with the planned priorities, thereby continuing the positive trend of successful execution of its legal responsibilities and competences.

Council members were also informed about the positive Report of the independent authorized auditor on the audit of AMU’s financial statements for 2024, confirming the accuracy and objectivity of the financial results reported by the Agency.

According to the Law on Audiovisual Media Services, the Agency’s Council is obliged to make the annual report and the financial report for the previous year publicly available on the Agency’s website, together with the report of the independent authorized auditor. In light of this right and obligation, and to ensure transparency and public access to the Agency’s operations, all three reports will be posted on the Agency’s website (www.amu.me) and will be publicly available.
