At today’s meeting, the Council of the Agency for Electronic Media adopted a conclusion that, pursuant to the Government’s decision on restrictive measures against the legal persons, entities or bodies: RT– Russia Today English, RT – Russia Today UK, RT – Russia Today Germany, RT – Russia Today France, RT– Russia Today Spanish, and Sputnik, all AVM service providers are obliged, in compliance with the Law on International Restrictive Measures, to immediately remove their programmes or contents from their services, if they have not already done so.

Pursuant to the Law on International Restrictive Measures and the Decision of the Government of Montenegro, this includes a suspension of all broadcasting licences or permits, and transmission and distribution arrangements with the aforementioned legal persons, entities or bodies, by any means such as: cable, satellite, IPTV, internet services, video-sharing platforms or applications.
